Our Story

Marta, located at The Redbury New York hotel just north of Madison Square Park, is a lively restaurant from Chef Lena Ciardullo. Inspired by the rustic cooking of Rome and the season’s freshest local produce, Marta is known for family-style roasts, grilled seafood, and vegetables cooked over open fire, alongside thin, crackly-crusted pizzas. The warmth and communal energy at Marta make us a central gathering place for the neighborhood.

Located on the 30th Street side of The Redbury New York Hotel, Caffe Marchio and Vini e Fritti round out the property’s loving salute to Roman eateries. These spots offer a transporting taste of the Eternal City, from morning to night. Caffe Marchio pays homage to Rome’s stand-up coffee bars, and Vini e Fritti celebrates the culture of the Roman wine bar, coupled with fried snacks.
